The Zastava Koral (known simply as the Yugo) is a subcompact vehicle built by Zastava corporation. The car design is based on the mechanics of the
Fiat 127 and
Fiat 128. The Yugo 45 models 1.1L or 1.3L engines have fan, cloth upholstery, glovebox, seatbelts, and possibly dual front airbags, plus a modernized interior and exterior and more. Options include; Air Conditioning, Radio. In 2006, sources say it actually passed all tests thanks to the airbags and other safety features.
Yugo 45 derivative models have included the
Yugo 55, 60, 65, Koral, Ciao, Tempo, Cabrio, GV, GV Plus, GVX, and GVL.
